I currently am an in-network provider with Aetna and Cigna.

I can support you in figuring out your cost share with these companies.

If you are out-of-network, I can provide you with a superbill or receipt to submit to your insurance, if they offer it. Some helpful questions to ask your insurance include

• Do I have any out-of-network mental health benefits?

• What is my coverage per therapy session?

• Do I have an out-of-network deductible, what is it, and has it already been met?
